I recently discovered that on two past dates I accidently let Time Machine back-up onto my internal hard drive instead of my external drive. (I don't leave my external drive connected. If my laptop were stolen I would hope to be lucky enough to still have the external drive.) I would, of course, like to delete these files, but have not been successful. I moved them to trash, but they were not deleteable. I am running OS 10.6.8 on my MacBook Pro. Any insight into how to get rid of these files?
